What we collect
Your email, name, country, a hashed password, your pathway answers, checklist ticks, practice answers, mock results, study plan and AI conversations. We do not ask for identity documents, criminal history or portal logins.
When you sign in and use RxLanding we also record your IP address, your browser and device type, and when you were last active, and we keep a history of your sign-ins for 90 days. Administrators can see this to keep accounts secure and to help you. Your approximate city and country are worked out from your IP address using the ip-api.com location service (or a location database on our server). Only the IP address is sent, never your name or email.
Why
To show your progress, tailor your study plan and answer your questions, and to spot misuse such as shared or stolen accounts. We do not sell your data.
Automated decisions
RxLanding uses computer programs to suggest your registration stream, estimate your readiness, choose practice questions and mark oral role plays. These are guidance only: APC and the Pharmacy Board make all official decisions. They use your pathway answers and practice results. You can ask a person to review any result.
AI providers
If AI is enabled, your messages are sent to the configured AI provider to generate replies. The operator should use providers with no-training and limited-retention terms, and Australian hosting where possible. Local models keep data on the server.
Your choices
You can download all your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your progress and conversations.
